To provide unequivocal support to affiliated cooperatives and partner organizations through resource sharing, technical expertise, and collaborative governance to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
To foster continuous vocational training and capacity-building initiatives that enhance the skills and professionalism of our members and workforce.
To champion the establishment and strengthening of labor contract cooperatives, particularly in rural and marginalized areas, contributing directly to employment generation and poverty alleviation.
To promote specialized labor cooperatives in resource-rich sectors such as forestry, marble, stone, and lime industries, stimulating diversified economic growth.
